Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Luciano Lima fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marquinhos Paes having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 5th minute, Luciano Lima managed to get in a good position for a shot. Malaripo FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Luciano Lima was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marquinhos Paes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Doriva Secco during the 7th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 7 played minutes Mirando AD got a freekick which was hit by Doriva Secco. A hard shot by Edgar Bezerra from long distance, 8 minutes into the match, got Marquinhos Paes's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. In the 10th minute Conrado Lima shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Flavinho Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 18 played minutes Mirando AD got a freekick which was hit by Patrick Peixoto. A hard shot 21 in the game by Oséias Paiva from a close distance when the talented Marquinhos Paes managed to make a qualified save. Mirando AD's players were relieved. Patrick Peixoto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Flavinho Rodrigues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Flavinho Rodrigues showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Conrado Lima, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Mirando AD's Marquinhos Paes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luciano Lima in the 39th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcinho Rezende during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 44th match minute, Malaripo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcinho Rezende to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 47 minutes, Patrick Peixoto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Mirando AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrick Peixoto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Patrick Peixoto to strike the kick off in the second half. When Malaripo FC's Luciano Lima in the 52nd minute got a chance for a shot 52nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Flavinho Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Patrick Peixoto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an all-out effort, Mirando AD's Flavinho Rodrigues threw himself towards the right post 64 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Rômulo Aguiar, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Duarte Loyola hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. If Luciano Lima had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Oséias Paiva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Flavinho Rodrigues was out of position in the 86 minute of play, and Conrado Lima capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Conrado Lima really showed his touch with that goal: 0-2. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mirando AD had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
