Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Naldo de Godoy started the match with the kick off. 3 minutes into the game, Dorian Terra recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Vivaldo Quaresma. Dorian Terra showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Through an outstanding action, after 8 minutes, Vivaldo Quaresma successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Naldo de Godoy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 11th minute. Tony Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tony Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo de Godoy in the 17th minute of play. If Hernani Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dorian Terra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tony Negri made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Naldo de Godoy in the 30th minute of play. In the 30th minute, José Paulo Brasil hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vivaldo Quaresma made a fantastic save in the 33rd minute, when Hernani Lago sent off a good shot on target. Naldo de Godoy struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Tony Negri didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Muquicaba. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Terra in the 39th minute of play forced Muquicaba's goalkeeper Vivaldo Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vivaldo Quaresma made a fantastic save in the 42nd minute, when Hernani Lago sent off a good shot on target. Geovani Bertassi kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Vivaldo Quaresma showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dorian Terra, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dorian Terra in the 47th minute of play forced Muquicaba's goalkeeper Vivaldo Quaresma to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dorian Terra stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. If Duarte França had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Vivaldo Quaresma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernani Lago in the 59th minute of the match. Elano Saraiva was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 60th minute. Muquicaba's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Duarte França fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tony Negri having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Muquicaba's goal looked a bit too open when Hernani Lago came free, but Vivaldo Quaresma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Quixabinha SC's zone, Duarte França stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tony Negri came out of the goal and Duarte França tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Duarte França's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 71stth minute, Tony Negri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Naldo de Godoy received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Tony Negri came out and tried to block the shot, but Naldo de Godoy slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 72nd minute. In the 76th minute, Duarte França ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tony Negri was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-3. If Zé Augusto Barreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Geovani Bertassi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Muquicaba's Vivaldo Quaresma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernani Lago in the 94th minute of play. Duarte França could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Tony Negri made a huge save. The Quixabinha SC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Muquicaba's performance. The match ended with a win for Muquicaba.
