Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Ronaldinho Ramos got the match started through his kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Trancoso in the 4th minute of play forced Rondon's goalkeeper Manuel Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Elivélton Cardoso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Doni de Lara made a huge save. The supporters of Rondon booed when Pecone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 16th play minute Elivélton Cardoso came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Doni de Lara. 1-0. A collision led to Pecone getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Enio dos Santos hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Pecone's Bruninho Pernambucano got a free kick in the 22nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Rondon's zone, Ronaldinho Ramos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Manuel Batista came out of the goal and Ronaldinho Ramos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Miguel Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilson Barral hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. Miguel Trancoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Doni de Lara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nildo Medeiros in the 33rd minute of the match. A collision led to Pecone getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Bruninho Pernambucano hit a great ball. Elivélton Cardoso struck a weak shot in the 35th minute. Doni de Lara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rondon. Nildo Medeiros received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Doni de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Pecone's zone, Nildo Medeiros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Doni de Lara came out of the goal and Nildo Medeiros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Elivélton Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Doni de Lara having to interfere. The supporters of Rondon booed when Pecone was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Enio dos Santos didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Rondon's Nildo Medeiros in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Pecone's goalie prevented a goal. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Nildo Medeiros made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Rondon getting a freekick after 53 minutes play. Eliseu de Andrade hit a great ball. Miguel Trancoso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Manuel Batista took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Ramos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ronaldinho Ramos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Batista having to interfere. When Gilson Barral fell near the penalty area in the 62nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rondon's protests and gave Gilson Barral a yellow card for diving instead. In the 63rd minute of the match Jacinto Borges sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Manuel Batista skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ronaldinho Ramos in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Manuel Batista prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the last second Manuel Batista throw himself and got hold of the ball when Ronaldinho Ramos in the 81stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Gilson Barral was shown his second yellow card after 82 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Gilson Barral kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ronaldinho Ramos in the 91st minute of play forced Rondon's goalkeeper Manuel Batista to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Manuel Batista made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Miguel Trancoso sent off a good shot on target. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Rondon had won after a very even match.
