Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Luís Guilherme da Silva took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind Saecinza's goalkeeper Glauco Esteves, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 7th minute, Baltazar Romero left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Saecinza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Glauco Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gabriel Veloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Princeza's Claudinho Lira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltazar Romero in the 16th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gabriel Veloso in the 17th minute of play forced Saecinza's goalkeeper Glauco Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilson Lopez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 21stth minute tested the skills of Glauco Esteves when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Gilson Lopez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Glauco Esteves having to interfere. In the 29th minute, Durvalino Mesquita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gabriel Veloso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Glauco Esteves prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Luís Guilherme da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gilson Lopez took the ball and in the 70 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Glauco Esteves. Glauco Esteves dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Gilson Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 74th minute. Glauco Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Nelson Diniz fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Saecinza's protests and gave Nelson Diniz a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Saecinza getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Nelson Diniz hit a great ball. Gilson Lopez received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Glauco Esteves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
