When Dé Pires came up free with the goalie in the 5th minute, the Uiuna FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Pires couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in Anguera EC's zone, Dé Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente de Toledo came out of the goal and Dé Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Dé Pires fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente de Toledo having to interfere. Vicente de Toledo came out of the goal in the 16th minute to try and stop a shot by Uiuna FC's Dé Pires. But to his dismay, Dé Pires quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Dé Pires blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente de Toledo having to make a save. If Celsinho Machado had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With splendid footwork Joel Soares arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 30th minute. Víktor Bertassi got his second yellow card in the match during the 35th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. When José Carlos Barral came up free with the goalie in the 37th minute, the Uiuna FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that José Carlos Barral couldn't finish the play. José Carlos Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Vicente de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 44 minutes into the match, Dé Pires notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Anguera EC's Vicente de Toledo. Vicente de Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Celsinho Machado was the one to do the kick off. 50 minutes into the game, Osvaldinho Peres was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Uiuna FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anguera EC the free kick. Osvaldinho Peres kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Anguera EC's Rafinha Simão got a free kick in the 54th minute. Uiuna FC's Róbson Coutinho couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 54th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Anguera EC. After a defensive mix-up in Anguera EC's zone, Dé Pires stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente de Toledo came out of the goal and Dé Pires tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Uiuna FC's Dé Pires got a good chance for a goal in the 64th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Uiuna FC's José Carlos Barral in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Anguera EC's goalie prevented a goal. Luís Fábio Miranda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Celsinho Machado in the 71st minute of play. Vicente de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Carlos Barral in the 75th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Anguera EC's Nico Meira got a free kick in the 75th minute. Vicente de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Carlos Barral in the 77th minute of the match. Dé Pires recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. José Carlos Barral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Celsinho Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 93rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dé Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Vicente de Toledo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Anguera EC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Uiuna FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
