Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Hélder Santana kicked off to start the match. Tiago Gabriel Paraíba scored 1-0 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafinha Paes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Pedrinho Andrade's late challenge caught a Anajas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Pedrinho Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. Pedrinho Andrade hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Rafinha Paes made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Thiago Varela sent off a good shot on target. Tiago Gabriel Paraíba fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rafinha Paes having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Anajas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tiago Gabriel Paraíba came free, but Rafinha Paes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafinha Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tiago Gabriel Paraíba received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafinha Paes came out and tried to block the shot, but Tiago Gabriel Paraíba slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 35th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Anajas FC's zone, Thiago Varela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rafinha Paes came out of the goal and Thiago Varela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Varela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 42nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 48th minute, Thiago Varela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aracu fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tiago Gabriel Paraíba to make the kick off. Adriano Paiva was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Hélder Santana capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Hélder Santana really showed his touch with that goal: 3-1. Thiago Varela blasted a shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafinha Paes having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tiago Gabriel Paraíba in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafinha Paes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 64 minutes, Válbson Félix mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aracu and the Anajas FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 64th match minute, Aracu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Válbson Félix to maneuver through the defense. If Thiago Varela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 73rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafinha Paes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiago Gabriel Paraíba, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Adalmo Hermes hit a great freekick 78 minutes into the match. Rafinha Paes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tiago Gabriel Paraíba in the 87th minute of play. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 4-1 when Thiago Varela sped through Anajas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Rafinha Paes. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Aracu fully deserved thier win.
