Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Thiago Furtado took the kick off in the first half of the match. Thiago Furtado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Oséias Cardoso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Tatui's zone, César Araújo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Chicão Lira came out of the goal and César Araújo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 10 minutes, César Araújo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Petitinga's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Araújo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 11th match minute, Tatui was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enrique Leme to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Tatui's Oséias Cardoso threw himself towards the right post 15 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Thiago Furtado, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Oséias Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 16th minute, when Mário Nogueira sent off a good shot on target. In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind Tatui's goalkeeper Chicão Lira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Oséias Cardoso made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Thiago Furtado in the 23rd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Tatui's Thiago Furtado sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Oséias Cardoso narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Petitinga's Erivaldo Cabral got a free kick in the 25th minute. Oséias Cardoso made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Mário Nogueira sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, Petitinga's Oséias Cardoso got control of the ball when Mário Nogueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Vicente Loyola hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Petitinga's César Araújo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Chicão Lira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Igor da Costa to make the kick off. Igor da Costa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 61st minute, César Araújo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If César Araújo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thiago Furtado's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Oséias Cardoso read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. When Vicente Loyola was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 69 minutes had been played. A collision led to Petitinga getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Erivaldo Cabral hit a great ball. Tatui's Thiago Furtado got a good chance for a goal in the 77th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mário Nogueira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Igor da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Chicão Lira having to interfere. In the 87th minute, Tomás Freitas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 92 played minutes Petitinga got a freekick which was hit by Erivaldo Cabral. The supporters of Petitinga booed when Tatui was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 95 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arthur Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. Petitinga played a much better game than Tatui and deserved their victory. The Tatui players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
