The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Mateus Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildo de Amorim having to interfere. Raphael Novaes was out of position in the 6 minute of play, and Enrique Saldanha capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Enrique Saldanha really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Jeriba AD's Enrique Saldanha got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 22nd minute, Enrique Saldanha got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogério Neiva struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Gildo de Amorim didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Remanco EC. 27 minutes into the match, Ivo Barral had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Raphael Novaes. Remanco EC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ivo Barral was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Enrique Saldanha received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Raphael Novaes came out and tried to block the shot, but Enrique Saldanha slotted it home off the left post making it 3-0 in the 29th minute. Remanco EC's Raphael Novaes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enrique Saldanha in the 34th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Paulo Renato Tavares during the 43rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Mateus Breckenfeld sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal.

The wind increased when Mateus Breckenfeld made the kick off in the second half. Gildo de Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mateus Breckenfeld in the 51st minute of the match. If Rogério Neiva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 52nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Raphael Novaes came out of the goal in the 60th minute to try and stop a shot by Jeriba AD's Enrique Saldanha. But to his dismay, Enrique Saldanha quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. Raphael Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enrique Saldanha in the 64th minute of the match. Mateus Breckenfeld fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gildo de Amorim having to interfere. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 79th minute of the game. One of Jeriba AD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Remanco EC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 81 minutes, Remanco EC's Jacinto Nascimento got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Gildo de Amorim. A hard shot 86 in the game by Rogério Neiva from a close distance when the talented Gildo de Amorim managed to make a qualified save. Jeriba AD's players were relieved. Mateus Breckenfeld received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Gildo de Amorim came out and tried to block the shot, but Mateus Breckenfeld slotted it home off the left post making it 5-2 in the 87th minute. Jacinto Nascimento's late challenge caught a Jeriba AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jacinto Nascimento helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Remanco EC's Jacinto Nascimento got a free kick in the 92nd minute. Enrique Saldanha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raphael Novaes having to interfere. Raphael Novaes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivo Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
