The referee ignored Capianga FC's protests and gave Otávio Campidelis a yellow card for diving instead. After 43 played minutes Capianga FC got a freekick which was hit by Otávio Campidelis. After 44 played minutes Capianga FC got a freekick which was hit by Léo Terra. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Cauan Bertassi in the 87th minute of play forced Capianga FC's goalkeeper José Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
