Giovani Vianna hit a great ball. Claudinho Toscano's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rui Botelho firmly grabbed it by the left post. After a rather tough play, Meahype FC's Sebastião Batista got a free kick in the 13th minute. Meahype FC's Giovani Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Carneiro in the 14th minute of play. A collision led to Camurim SC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Afonso Mazza hit a great ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Armandinho da Costa took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Rui Botelho to make any attempt to save it. Serginho Fernandez's late challenge caught a Camurim SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Serginho Fernandez helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Meahype FC's Serginho Fernandez got a free kick in the 32nd minute. In the 33rd minute of the match Christian da Mata sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giovani Magalhães skillfully saved the ball. Giovani Magalhães didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Hugo Carneiro went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Giovani Magalhães showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Carneiro in the 39th minute of the match. In the 41st minute the ball was on its way in behind Meahype FC's goalkeeper Giovani Magalhães, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Meahype FC's zone, Hamílton Fontes stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Giovani Magalhães came out of the goal and Hamílton Fontes tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hamílton Fontes scored 1-2 in the 46th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Giovani Magalhães, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Armandinho da Costa to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sebastião Batista in the 53rd minute of play forced Camurim SC's goalkeeper Rui Botelho to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Camurim SC's Rui Botelho played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudinho Toscano in the 54th minute of play. Armandinho da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 57th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rui Botelho having to interfere. Claudinho Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 68thth minute of the game Claudinho Toscano who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Camurim SC's Rui Botelho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Hamílton Fontes got free with Giovani Magalhães in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Hamílton Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 74th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Meahype FC's Giovani Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hugo Carneiro in the 77th minute of play. Rui Botelho didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Claudinho Toscano went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. When Wilson Medeiros fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Meahype FC's protests and gave Wilson Medeiros a yellow card for diving instead. Wilson Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match. If Claudinho Toscano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Carneiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
