Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when David Bittencourt got the match started through his kick off. Caco Arantes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from David Bittencourt in the 3rd minute of the match. The audience was convinced that David Bittencourt's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Caco Arantes was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. Rodrigo Carvalho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caco Arantes having to interfere. In the 9th minute, Zé Roberto Coelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 10 minutes into the match, Cazuqui's goal looked a bit too open when Andrézinho Albuquerque came free, but Marcinho Varela reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Cazuqui's goalkeeper Marcinho Varela had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wanderson Machado. Rodrigo Carvalho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 24th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. David Bittencourt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Caco Arantes having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by David Bittencourt in the 32nd minute of play forced Gargorra FC's goalkeeper Caco Arantes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Gargorra FC getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Adriano Sabóia hit a great ball. When David Bittencourt came up free with the goalie in the 34th minute, the Cazuqui fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that David Bittencourt couldn't finish the play. Cazuqui's Marcinho Varela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrézinho Albuquerque in the 38th minute of play. Andrézinho Albuquerque received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Marcinho Varela tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wanderson Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gargorra FC's Caco Arantes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Bittencourt in the 42nd minute of play. In the 44th minute, Evaristo Carvalho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gargorra FC's Andrézinho Albuquerque in 47 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Marcinho Varela guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

In the 52nd minute Wanderson Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Varela saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 52 played minutes Cazuqui got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Fernando Pitta. Wanderson Machado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 62 minutes, David Bittencourt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cazuqui's supporters crossed their fingers, but David Bittencourt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Andrézinho Albuquerque in the 65th minute of play forced Cazuqui's goalkeeper Marcinho Varela to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 72nd minute, Rodrigo Carvalho got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some careless play in the Gargorra FC defense, Rodrigo Carvalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Caco Arantes. The Gargorra FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Caco Arantes should have stopped the shot. In the 84th minute, Wanderson Machado got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
