If Haroldo Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 19 minutes, Amadeu de Mendonça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Cariacu SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amadeu de Mendonça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donato Koehler hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Parapui SC's Haroldo Neves slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cesinha Aguiar. That made the score 2-0 after 21 minutes of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Pedro Moura got free with Cesinha Aguiar in the 28th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Donato Koehler hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Cesinha Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Neves in the 33rd minute of play. Régis Dias charged in rather forcefully in the 45th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Régis Dias the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 45th match minute, Parapui SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Régis Dias to maneuver through the defense. Parapui SC's Wiliam Braga played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Severo in the 46th minute of play.

Cesinha Aguiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Haroldo Neves in the 55th minute of play. Donato Koehler kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Cariacu SC's Gabriel do Vale got a free kick in the 58th minute. Cesinha Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from José Pedro Moura, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. Cesinha Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Régis Dias in the 64th minute of the match. José Pedro Moura sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 73 minutes, Haroldo Neves managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Parapui SC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo Neves was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cesinha Aguiar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Haroldo Neves in the 75th minute of the match. The supporters of Parapui SC booed when Cariacu SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 76 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel do Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Cariacu SC's goal looked a bit too open when Haroldo Neves came free, but Cesinha Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 played minutes Cariacu SC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fernando Secco. If Haroldo Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers José Pedro Moura in the 87th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cesinha Aguiar saved Cariacu SC from getting behind. Pedro Severo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Wiliam Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Parapui SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
