Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Dedé Pereira made the kick off which started today's match. Emanuel Marquez might have been able to make a better finish in the 2nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruninho Vergílio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emanuel Marquez ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Balanco getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. João Seco hit a great ball. Dorian Trancoso, 9 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dedé Pereira in the 11th minute of play forced Data AD's goalkeeper Cícero Proença to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Emanuel Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 18th minute Emanuel Marquez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruninho Vergílio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Wanderson de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Proença having to interfere. If Dedé Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 31 minutes, Emanuel Marquez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Data AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Marquez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Wanderson de Barros received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cícero Proença came out and tried to block the shot, but Wanderson de Barros slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 34th minute. Dedé Pereira was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 43rd minute. Balanco's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Dedé Pereira was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. 48 minutes into the match, Data AD's goalkeeper Cícero Proença had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wanderson de Barros. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Belchior Rocha made a kick off. Data AD's Cícero Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dedé Pereira in the 52nd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliézer Velasco during the 55th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eliézer Velasco kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. In the 59th minute, Maurinho Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of Data AD booed when Balanco was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliézer Velasco didn't get a good kick on the ball. After recieving a nice pass, Data AD's Dorian Trancoso tried to score from far away in the 64th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Wanderson de Barros struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Cícero Proença didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Balanco. Wanderson de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cícero Proença having to interfere. After having played for 79 minutes, Dedé Pereira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Balanco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dedé Pereira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cícero Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wanderson de Barros in the 85th minute of play. Dedé Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 98 minutes, Wilton Furtado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Data AD and the Balanco players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Data AD's Wilton Furtado got a free kick in the 98th minute. 99 minutes into the match, Data AD's goal looked a bit too open when Wanderson de Barros came free, but Cícero Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Balanco fully deserved thier win.
