Dedé Pereira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 20th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Dedé Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Danilo Duarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dedé Pereira in the 32nd minute of the match. Walmir Pirani kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Wanderson de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Balanco's Dedé Pereira in the 40th minute got a chance for a shot 40th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Timon's goalie prevented a goal. Wanderson de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Danilo Duarte was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Guilherme Soares. Dedé Pereira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Danilo Duarte having to make a save. Wanderson de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 62nd match minute, Balanco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eliézer Velasco to maneuver through the defense. Dedé Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wanderson de Barros fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Duarte having to interfere. Vânderson Félix took the ball and in the 72 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruninho Vergílio. Bruninho Vergílio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. When Vânderson Félix came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Timon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vânderson Félix couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Balanco getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Eliézer Velasco hit a great ball. In the 80th minute, Rony Andrade got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Bruninho Vergílio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vânderson Félix, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wanderson de Barros got free with Danilo Duarte in the 84th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rony Andrade received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Bruninho Vergílio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bruninho Vergílio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vânderson Félix in the 98th minute of the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Balanco players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Timon.
