Delfim Lira started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, Curimatai's Luís Eduardo Vinhas got a free kick in the 7th minute. Gonçalo Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Valdo de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonçalo Nóbrega fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Valdo de Alcântara having to interfere. Jean Torres kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Gonçalo Nóbrega sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the match, Curimatai's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Eduardo Pires came free, but Valdo de Alcântara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Delfim Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jeferson Vieira having to interfere. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Carlos Eduardo Pires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Delfim Lira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Delfim Lira in the 60th minute of play forced Anadia's goalkeeper Jeferson Vieira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Delfim Lira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Agostinho Eger received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Jeferson Vieira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 71 minutes, Agostinho Eger made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Anadia's Jeferson Vieira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gonçalo Nóbrega charged in rather forcefully in the 83rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gonçalo Nóbrega the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Anadia getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Gonçalo Nóbrega hit a great ball. Jeferson Vieira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Agostinho Eger in the 85th minute of play. In the 93rd match minute, Anadia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alfredo Madureira to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Anadia's Carlos Campidelis got a free kick in the 96th minute. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Curimatai had won after a very even match.
