Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Claudinho Neiva made the kick off and thus started the match. In the 2nd minute of the match Jorginho Pinheiro shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dinei Abreu showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Willian Passos might have been able to make a better finish in the 3rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dinei Abreu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Willian Passos ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 6th minute, Agnaldo Matos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Paulo José Hames had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 14th match minute, Arrayas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Belchior do Valle to maneuver through the defense. José Paulo Viana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Luisinho Bezerra's late challenge caught a Sander SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luisinho Bezerra helped the player get up and apologised. In the 18th match minute, Arrayas EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luisinho Bezerra to maneuver through the defense. In the 35th minute, Paulo José Hames got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Arrayas EC booed when Sander SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 37 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Soeiro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 45th minute Claudinho Neiva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidnei Félix saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Willian Passos to make the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Valério Recife during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Arrayas EC booed when Sander SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Recife didn't get a good kick on the ball. Claudinho Neiva fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sidnei Félix having to interfere. Arrayas EC's Paulo José Hames got a good chance for a goal in the 65th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Paulo Viana received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 67th minute. Dinei Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 71 minutes into the match, Arrayas EC's Claudinho Neiva sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidnei Félix narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 79th match minute, Sander SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luís Gustavo Vianna to maneuver through the defense. Guga Breckenfeld recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Belchior do Valle hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. Dinei Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Willian Passos in the 90th minute of the match. After some careless play in the Sander SC defense, Paulo José Hames kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sidnei Félix. The Sander SC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sidnei Félix should have stopped the shot. Arrayas EC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
