Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Eurico Motta kicked off to start the match. Geovanni Rodrigues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Motta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 6th match minute, Baxios EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jânio Azevedo to maneuver through the defense. In the 17thth minute of the game Eurico Motta who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Baxios EC's Geovanni Rodrigues was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Caio Torres's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 20thth minute, Anísio Aguiar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Augusto Freitas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anísio Aguiar having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Freitas in the 27th minute of play forced Pedrinhas AD's goalkeeper Anísio Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Pedrinhas AD booed when Baxios EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jânio Azevedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute Eurico Motta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Geovanni Rodrigues saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 40 minutes into the match, Pedrinhas AD's goal looked a bit too open when Augusto Freitas came free, but Anísio Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Pedrinhas AD's Anísio Aguiar got control of the ball when Caio Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Augusto Freitas to make the kick off. Anísio Aguiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Augusto Freitas, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Augusto Freitas in the 58th minute of play forced Pedrinhas AD's goalkeeper Anísio Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Pedrinhas AD's zone, Caio Torres stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anísio Aguiar came out of the goal and Caio Torres tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Baxios EC's Caio Torres got a good chance for a goal in the 61st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Augusto Freitas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Anísio Aguiar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Caio Torres came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Baxios EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Caio Torres couldn't finish the play. After having played for 71 minutes, Caio Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Baxios EC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Caio Torres was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Eurico Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 80 minutes into the game, Jânio Azevedo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Baxios EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pedrinhas AD the free kick. A hard shot by Sílvio Luiz de Carvalho from long distance, 81 minutes into the match, got Geovanni Rodrigues's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Flávio Perez's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Geovanni Rodrigues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. When Pedrinhas AD's Eurico Motta in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Baxios EC's goalie prevented a goal. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 90th minute of the game. One of Pedrinhas AD:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Baxios EC:s goal. Flávio Perez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Armandinho Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 99th minute, Flávio Perez managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pedrinhas AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Flávio Perez was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Geovanni Rodrigues breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.
