Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arthur Fernandes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kléber Guerra in the 6th minute of play. When Araruna's Mauro de Queirós in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Barreira's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Araruna's zone, João Carlos Tepedino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Arthur Fernandes came out of the goal and João Carlos Tepedino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Araruna's Arthur Fernandes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kléber Guerra in the 15th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Kléber Guerra dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Arthur Fernandes, 1-0. Kléber Guerra recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 28th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 33 minutes into the match, Mauro de Queirós had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Severino do Nascimento. Barreira's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauro de Queirós was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. In the 39th match minute, Barreira was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severino Matorin to maneuver through the defense. Eduardo Pimenta took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 40th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severino do Nascimento. Barreira's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauro de Queirós in the 41st minute of play forced Barreira's goalkeeper Severino do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Antônio Carlos Koehler in the 43rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Severino do Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antônio Carlos Koehler in the 49th minute of play forced Barreira's goalkeeper Severino do Nascimento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Kléber Guerra made the kick off in the second half. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Emanuel Cearense managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barreira's supporters rose to their feet, but Emanuel Cearense was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arthur Fernandes breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Arthur Fernandes came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by Barreira's Emanuel Cearense. But to his dismay, Emanuel Cearense quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Antônio Carlos Koehler recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Emanuel Cearense received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Arthur Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Kléber Guerra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Arthur Fernandes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antônio Carlos Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Severino do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 82nd minute, Araruna's Mauro de Queirós dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-2. Severino do Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mauro de Queirós, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Eliézer Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Kléber Guerra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 92nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Arthur Fernandes having to interfere. In the 95th minute Mauro de Queirós shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Severino do Nascimento saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
