Eusébio Cardozo charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eusébio Cardozo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Moreira FC booed when Arencas EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eusébio Cardozo didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kauan Vinhas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 74th match minute, Moreira FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jarbas Barbosa to maneuver through the defense. Hermínio Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 84th minute Dito Coelho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Michel Loyola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria Alagoano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kauan Vinhas having to interfere. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
