Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Criuva's Juninho Cabral proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 6th minute of the match, managed to save Criuva from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Criuva's Sebastião Saraiva got a free kick in the 11th minute. Luís Paulo do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrick Queirós, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Luís Paulo do Nascimento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zé Carlos Penha in the 17th minute of play. 24 minutes in the game, Davi Diniz fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Juninho Cabral having to interfere. If Davi Diniz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Davi Diniz in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juninho Cabral saved Criuva from getting behind. Luís Paulo do Nascimento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sebastião Saraiva in the 47th minute of the match. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Patrick Queirós stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 50th match minute, Gundiana EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ricardinho Diniz to maneuver through the defense. Patrick Queirós received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Luís Paulo do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Juninho Cabral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vítor Vander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Vítor Vander came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Gundiana EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Vítor Vander couldn't finish the play. Zé Carlos Penha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 68th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luís Paulo do Nascimento having to interfere. Patrick Queirós sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Patrick Queirós struck a weak shot in the 77th minute. Luís Paulo do Nascimento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Criuva. 78 minutes into the match, Gundiana EC's goalkeeper Luís Paulo do Nascimento had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zé Carlos Penha. With a little luck, Gundiana EC's Luís Paulo do Nascimento got control of the ball when Zé Carlos Penha tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juninho Cabral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Vander, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. 92 minutes into the match, Criuva's goal looked a bit too open when Davi Diniz came free, but Juninho Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
