Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Jean Marquez started the match with the kick off. When Caiacanga's Ernani Teles in the 3rd minute got a chance for a shot 3rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Hamburgo's goalie prevented a goal. Jean Marquez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Carioca having to interfere. Elder Araújo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Aírton Carioca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Humberto Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 13th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Antunes having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Humberto Amaral in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nilson Antunes saved Hamburgo from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Humberto Amaral in the 19th minute of play forced Hamburgo's goalkeeper Nilson Antunes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Caiacanga's Aírton Carioca got control of the ball when Elder Araújo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jean Marquez sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Giovanni Sena fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nilson Antunes having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Humberto Amaral to strike the kick off in the second half. Guga Carneiro charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Guga Carneiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 59 minutes into the game, Humberto Amaral was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Caiacanga's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Hamburgo the free kick. Humberto Amaral kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. After 63 minutes of play, Hamburgo's Jean Marquez made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aírton Carioca was left in no man's land by his defense there! 70 minutes into the match, Hamburgo's goal looked a bit too open when Giovanni Sena came free, but Nilson Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adriano Furtado hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 74th minute, Sydney Botelho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The attack was good, but when Giovanni Sena in the 75th minute was about to shoot he didn't kick quite good enough and the ball went high over goal. In the 78th minute of the match, Giovanni Sena got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nilson Antunes was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 82nd minute of the match Caiacanga got a corner. Hamburgo's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gerson Vides ran over to the corner to take the kick. Faustão Damião fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aírton Carioca having to interfere. Nilson Antunes was a little too slow when Humberto Amaral got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 91st minute. The score was now 2-2. The Caiacanga players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Hamburgo from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
