If Sérgio da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pedrinho Antunes got free with Válter Pirani in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Sérgio da Silva sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute Sérgio da Silva shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcus da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edvaldo Fantini to make the kick off. Edvaldo Fantini recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedrinho Antunes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Válter Pirani tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrinho Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Pirani having to interfere. When Iucai's Edvaldo Fantini in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estulania SC's goalie prevented a goal. Pedrinho Antunes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Válter Pirani having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Estulania SC's goal looked a bit too open when Pedrinho Antunes came free, but Válter Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 played minutes Iucai got a freekick which was hit by Edvaldo Fantini. Edvaldo Fantini took the ball and in the 77 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Válter Pirani. Válter Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Estulania SC's Válter Pirani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edvaldo Fantini in the 81st minute of play. 83 minutes into the match, Estulania SC's goal looked a bit too open when Edvaldo Fantini came free, but Válter Pirani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Válter Pirani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edvaldo Fantini, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedrinho Antunes in the 91st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Válter Pirani prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rubinho Alvarenga charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rubinho Alvarenga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 92nd minute, Rubinho Alvarenga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
