Tales Zonta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fernandinho de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandinho de Barros in the 12th minute of play forced Laginha AD's goalkeeper Tales Zonta to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Raphael Luz's late challenge caught a Laginha AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raphael Luz helped the player get up and apologised. Raphael Luz kicked well hit freekick during the 15th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Laginha AD's zone, Gerson Porto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tales Zonta came out of the goal and Gerson Porto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 27th match minute, Laginha AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pedrinho Mumbach to maneuver through the defense. Laginha AD's Tales Zonta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 29th minute of the match, managed to save Laginha AD from getting a goal against them. Adriano de Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Adriano de Lara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Adriano de Lara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernesto Sena in the 34th minute of play. 35 minutes into the match, Adriano de Senna had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Adriano de Lara. Forca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adriano de Senna was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. 40 minutes into the match, Forca's goal looked a bit too open when Adriano de Senna came free, but Adriano de Lara reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The wind increased when Ernesto Sena made the kick off in the second half. Laginha AD's Tales Zonta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernandinho de Barros in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Fernandinho de Barros's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Tales Zonta was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. In the 58th minute, Gerson Porto ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tales Zonta was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. When Laginha AD's Ernesto Sena in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 73rd minute, Vivaldo Paulista got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 78 minutes into the match, Gerson Porto notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Laginha AD's Tales Zonta. Tales Zonta was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 84 minutes of play Forca's Raphael Luz was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. After 85 played minutes Forca got a freekick which was hit by Raphael Luz. Adriano de Lara made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adriano de Senna in the 88th minute. If Osvaldinho Correia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Forca's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
