Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Henrique Recife started the match with the kick off. Henrique Recife received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Ulysses Fernandez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lontra's Ulysses Fernandez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henrique Recife in the 9th minute of play. In the 9th minute, José Xavier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 11th minute Henrique Recife shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ulysses Fernandez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ulysses Fernandez came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Tamarindo SS's Joaquim de Souza. But to his dismay, Joaquim de Souza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Joaquim de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 41 minutes into the game, Umberto Ceresso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Lontra's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tamarindo SS the free kick. Válter Lago fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Téo Melo having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Cacá Monteiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Téo Melo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 55 minutes into the match, Tamarindo SS's goal looked a bit too open when Válter Lago came free, but Téo Melo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tamarindo SS's Joaquim de Souza got a good chance for a goal in the 60th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Luciano de Castro hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Joaquim de Souza sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ulysses Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Souza in the 71st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Germano Quaresma during the 71st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Lontra was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Germano Quaresma to maneuver through the defense. Henrique Recife fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ulysses Fernandez having to interfere. A collision led to Tamarindo SS getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Basílio Linhares hit a great ball. In the 77th minute Válter Lago shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Téo Melo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Tamarindo SS's Téo Melo got control of the ball when Cacá Monteiro tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter Lago in the 83rd minute of play forced Tamarindo SS's goalkeeper Téo Melo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ulysses Fernandez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim de Souza in the 88th minute of the match. Válter Lago struck a weak shot in the 91st minute. Téo Melo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lontra. After a defensive mix-up in Tamarindo SS's zone, Cacá Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Téo Melo came out of the goal and Cacá Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tamarindo SS's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
