Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Percival Leite charged in rather forcefully in the 4th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Percival Leite the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 4th match minute, Eao SC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percival Leite to maneuver through the defense. After 6 minutes, Josué Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eao SC and the Carajuru AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 6 played minutes Eao SC got a freekick which was hit by Josué Almeida. Carajuru AD's Noel Dias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but João Adolfo França in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Eao SC's João Adolfo França played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dênis Vale in the 17th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Gualter Tande got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Percival Leite might have been able to make a better finish in the 30th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Walmyr Cunha. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Percival Leite ran back to his position shaking his head. Walmyr Cunha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tião Prata, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Eao SC's Gabriel Trancoso got a free kick in the 34th minute. If Gualter Tande had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 played minutes Eao SC got a freekick which was hit by Silvinho Correia. The supporters of Eao SC booed when Carajuru AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Tande didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tião Prata in the 44th minute of play forced Carajuru AD's goalkeeper Walmyr Cunha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 45 minutes into the match, Carajuru AD's goal looked a bit too open when Tião Prata came free, but Walmyr Cunha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gualter Tande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. João Adolfo França tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
In the 52nd minute, Dênis Vale reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of João Adolfo França. The goal made the score 0-1. João Adolfo França showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dênis Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. If Dênis Vale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Carajuru AD's Walmyr Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tião Prata in the 73rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Flávio França kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving João Adolfo França. That made the score 0-2 in the 81 minute of play. In the 88th minute Tião Prata shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walmyr Cunha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carajuru AD's Walmyr Cunha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Percival Leite in the 92nd minute of play. Tião Prata fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Walmyr Cunha having to interfere. In the 96th minute, Tião Prata ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Walmyr Cunha was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Carajuru AD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
