Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Nilmar Motta took the kick off in the first half of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Nilmar Motta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Aquidavana's supporters rose to their feet, but Nilmar Motta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. José Maria Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aquidavana's Jeferson do Valle got a good chance for a goal in the 7th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 10th minute of the match Edson Catarinense sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gil Arce skillfully saved the ball. José de Barros hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. Bebeto Dante recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jeferson do Valle struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. José Maria Abreu didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Aquidavana. Dário Vides's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 27thth minute, Gil Arce skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 33 minutes into the match, Panambi SC's goal looked a bit too open when Jeferson do Valle came free, but José Maria Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dário Vides sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 44th minute Jeferson do Valle shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Maria Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nilmar Motta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 45th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without José Maria Abreu having to interfere. Nilmar Motta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Bebeto Dante to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rui Soeiro during the 56th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Thanks to some nice moves Jeferson do Valle could shoot a difficult shot in the 59th minute, which José Maria Abreu however easily saved by the left post. In the 59th minute, Aquidavana's Jeferson do Valle dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-1. Jeferson do Valle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. José Maria Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bebeto Dante sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bebeto Dante fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Arce having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Dário Vides's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gil Arce was relentless in the 78th minute of the game. Aquidavana's Gil Arce played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dário Vides in the 83rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice moves Jeferson do Valle could shoot a difficult shot in the 89th minute, which José Maria Abreu however easily saved by the left post. In the 93rd minute, Jeferson do Valle left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Aquidavana fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Aquidavana walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
