Pacuri's Felippe Linhares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Almir Sá in the 5th minute of play. Amauri Cunha struck a weak shot in the 8th minute. Felippe Linhares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bebedovro EC. Almir Sá received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Felippe Linhares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 14th minute, Raimundo Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vito Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Felippe Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Sá, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Felippe Linhares made a fantastic save in the 24th minute, when Amauri Cunha sent off a good shot on target. After 26 minutes, Victor Cardozo mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pacuri and the Bebedovro EC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Victor Cardozo kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. In the 29th minute, one of Bebedovro EC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Bebedovro EC. Vito Neto struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Alfredo Goiano didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pacuri. Gernando Zilles sent away a hard shot on goal in the 44th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When Vito Neto, who was free, got the in front of the goal in the 52 minute he wasn't focused and tipped the ball just over the goal. The Alfredo Goiano was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. After having played for 55 minutes, Gernando Zilles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pacuri's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gernando Zilles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 56th minute, Vito Neto fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. If Gernando Zilles had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The nice shot from Vito Neto in the 60thth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Alfredo Goiano had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. Felippe Linhares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Almir Sá in the 66th minute of the match. Felippe Linhares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amauri Cunha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Almir Sá had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Amauri Cunha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Felippe Linhares having to interfere. Vito Neto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Almir Sá blasted a shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felippe Linhares having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amauri Cunha in the 92nd minute of play forced Pacuri's goalkeeper Felippe Linhares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alfredo Goiano was a little too slow when Gernando Zilles got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 94th minute. The score was now 0-2. The Pacuri supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Pacuri would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
