Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) When Oscar Valle came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Apuiares SS fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Oscar Valle couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute Maurício Rezende shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henrique Penha saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrique Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oscar Valle went, in the 12th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Apuiares SS's Leandro Galvão got control of the ball when Natã Trancoso tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Dionísio Simões came up free with the goalie in the 18th minute, the Aprasive EC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dionísio Simões couldn't finish the play. In the 19th match minute, Apuiares SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Álvaro Vergílio to maneuver through the defense. In the 26th minute Natã Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Leandro Galvão saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aprasive EC's Henrique Penha played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurício Rezende in the 35th minute of play. Maurício Rezende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Henrique Penha read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 38th minute of play. When Diamantino Souza fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Aprasive EC's protests and gave Diamantino Souza a yellow card for diving instead. In the 39th match minute, Aprasive EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Diamantino Souza to maneuver through the defense. Maurício Rezende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Charles Alvarenga lost his temper 44 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 48th minute there was a penalty for Apuiares SS. Diego Miranda stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Henrique Penha. 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Dionísio Simões made the kick off in the second half. When Apuiares SS's Oscar Valle in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Aprasive EC's goalie prevented a goal. Maurício Rezende's late challenge caught a Aprasive EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Maurício Rezende helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Apuiares SS getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Maurício Rezende hit a great ball. 69 minutes into the match, Aprasive EC's goalkeeper Henrique Penha had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Maurício Rezende. Leandro Galvão came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Aprasive EC's Dionísio Simões. But to his dismay, Dionísio Simões quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. A collision led to Apuiares SS getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Diego Miranda hit a great ball. If Augusto Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Maurício Rezendes short, quick shot in the 80thth minute got Henrique Penha to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 81 minutes into the match, Aprasive EC's goal looked a bit too open when Oscar Valle came free, but Henrique Penha reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Augusto Santos hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Aprasive EC's Natã Trancoso got a free kick in the 89th minute. If Dionísio Simões had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Aprasive EC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Apuiares SS's performance. The match ended with a win for Apuiares SS.
