After 38 minutes, Cristian Coutinho mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Chapadinha and the Allianca players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 38 played minutes Chapadinha got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Coutinho. João Vítor Goiano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrézinho Prado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Chapadinha's João Vítor Goiano got control of the ball when Célio Magalhães tried to sneak it across the goal line. Célio Magalhães blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without João Vítor Goiano having to make a save. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
