Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Kléberson de Brito made the kick off and thus started the match. After having played for 9 minutes, Leonel Carioca managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Barreirao's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leonel Carioca was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 13 minutes into the game, Silas Senna was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barreirao's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amoro FC the free kick. In the 13th minute, Silas Senna hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 14th minute of the match Moisés Marquez shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Guilherme Guerra showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Barreirao's zone, Mané Alvarenga stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Guilherme Guerra came out of the goal and Mané Alvarenga tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Raúl Marinho's late challenge caught a Barreirao's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Raúl Marinho helped the player get up and apologised. Raúl Marinho kicked well hit freekick during the 26th minute of the match. Barreirao's Albertinho Carioca got a good chance for a goal in the 29th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Leonel Carioca in the 31st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexandre Nascimento saved Amoro FC from getting behind. Alexandre Nascimento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Albertinho Carioca in the 35th minute. In the 40th minute, Albertinho Carioca ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alexandre Nascimento was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The wind increased when Leonel Carioca made the kick off in the second half. Albertinho Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alexandre Nascimento having to interfere. When Moisés Marquez fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amoro FC's protests and gave Moisés Marquez a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Amoro FC getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Moisés Marquez hit a great ball. Barreirao's Laerte Vianna got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Albertinho Carioca made a precise shot to the right of Alexandre Nascimento. Amoro FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. The supporters of Barreirao booed when Amoro FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Moisés Marquez didn't get a good kick on the ball. Leonel Carioca might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alexandre Nascimento. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Leonel Carioca ran back to his position shaking his head. Silas Senna hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. In the 78th minute, Leonel Carioca got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cipriano de Castro during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 79 played minutes Amoro FC got a freekick which was hit by Cipriano de Castro. Leonel Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Alexandre Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Barreirao's Leonel Carioca got a free kick in the 82nd minute. Albertinho Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alexandre Nascimento prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Barreirao's Albertinho Carioca got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Barreirao players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
