Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomé Damião got the match started through his kick off. 2 minutes into the game, Dida Rodrigues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fioropolis's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Amoreira AD the free kick. In the 3rd minute, Oscar Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 12th minute of the match, Oscar Cearense got a very nice opportunity to score, but Waldemar Moreira was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Adhemar Trancoso struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Gugu Castro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fioropolis. In the 15th minute of the match Gláuber Perez sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gugu Castro skillfully saved the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Fioropolis's goalkeeper Waldemar Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Oscar Cearense. Diego Bertassi, 22 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Wilian Cabral charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Wilian Cabral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Amoreira AD's Wilian Cabral got a free kick in the 28th minute. Adhemar Trancoso hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind Fioropolis's goalkeeper Waldemar Moreira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, Fioropolis's Waldemar Moreira got control of the ball when Oscar Cearense tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Fiori Moreira fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Amoreira AD's protests and gave Fiori Moreira a yellow card for diving instead. Adhemar Trancoso took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gugu Castro. Gugu Castro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After some fancy dribbling in the 49th minute, Tomé Damião managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fioropolis's supporters rose to their feet, but Tomé Damião was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gugu Castro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dênis Cosme to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Oscar Cearense had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Moreira. Fioropolis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oscar Cearense was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Dênis Cosme struck a weak shot in the 59th minute. Waldemar Moreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amoreira AD. Gugu Castro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomé Damião in the 62nd minute of the match. Cristian Gonçalves's late challenge caught a Amoreira AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristian Gonçalves helped the player get up and apologised. In the 65th minute, Cristian Gonçalves hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 67 minutes into the match, Amoreira AD's Dênis Cosme sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Waldemar Moreira narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 70th minute, Adhemar Trancoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Fioropolis fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. After a defensive mix-up in Amoreira AD's zone, Adhemar Trancoso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gugu Castro came out of the goal and Adhemar Trancoso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 83 played minutes Fioropolis got a freekick which was hit by Cristian Gonçalves. Gugu Castro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomé Damião in the 86th minute. Waldemar Moreira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dênis Cosme in the 89th minute of play. Waldemar Moreira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dênis Cosme, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fioropolis's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
