Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Arthur de Lara's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dito Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. If Basílio Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Dito Amorim tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Augusto Brito's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dito Amorim read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 19th minute of play. An unexpected shot in the 21st minute by Basílio Cunha got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Túlio Dracena recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 30th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34thth minute of the game Túlio Dracena who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Perico SC's Gilvan Cruz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Basílio Cunha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Perico SC's Gilvan Cruz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Perico SC from getting a goal against them.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jorge Ferraz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Perico SC's Gilvan Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Túlio Dracena in the 56th minute of play. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind Navegantes AD's goalkeeper Dito Amorim, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 63 minutes into the match, Navegantes AD's goal looked a bit too open when Jorge Ferraz came free, but Dito Amorim reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 65 minutes, Basílio Cunha managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Navegantes AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Basílio Cunha was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gilvan Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Túlio Dracena in the 66th minute of the match. After 70 played minutes Caio Gaúcho shot from long distance. At first the shot seemed to be simple for Perico SC's Gilvan Cruz to catch but Caio Gaúcho was lucky. It became 1-2 after the goalkeeper had been careless and dropped the ball into goal. José Augusto Brito fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dito Amorim having to interfere. A collision led to Perico SC getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Thomás Vale hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, Navegantes AD's Caio Gaúcho broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Jorge Ferraz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when José Augusto Brito got free with Dito Amorim in the 91st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort.
