Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Hermes in the 3rd minute of play forced Caboclos's goalkeeper Frederico Quintal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 5 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Geovani Mota sped through Cruzilha FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Simão Lago. After 9 minutes, Adalmo Lopez mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Caboclos and the Cruzilha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 10th minute Sebastião Faria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Frederico Quintal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 23 minutes, Adalmo Lopez managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caboclos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Adalmo Lopez was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Ricardinho de Barros might have been able to make a better finish in the 25th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simão Lago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ricardinho de Barros ran back to his position shaking his head. Geovani Mota sent away a hard shot on goal in the 27th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Caboclos's Ricardinho de Barros slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Simão Lago. That made the score 2-0 after 30 minutes of play. Arthur Gaúcho fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Simão Lago having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Armando Hermes was the one to do the kick off. Simão Lago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ricardinho de Barros in the 55th minute of the match. Armando Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Frederico Quintal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 60 minutes, Ricardinho de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caboclos's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 65th minute, Arthur Gaúcho managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caboclos's supporters rose to their feet, but Arthur Gaúcho was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simão Lago breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 71 minutes into the match, Ricardinho de Barros notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Cruzilha FC's Simão Lago. Simão Lago was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Simão Lago made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Geovani Mota in the 77th minute of play. After some careless play in the Caboclos defense, Sebastião Faria kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Frederico Quintal. The Caboclos fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Frederico Quintal should have stopped the shot. Geovani Mota might have been able to make a better finish in the 85th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Simão Lago. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Geovani Mota ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ricardinho de Barros in the 87th minute of play forced Cruzilha FC's goalkeeper Simão Lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Armando Hermes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sebastião Faria sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 96 minutes into the match, Cruzilha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ricardinho de Barros came free, but Simão Lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the referee ended the match the Caboclos players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
