Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Serginho Esteves took the kick off in the first half of the match. After a rather tough play, Lamin FC's Leopoldo Matorin got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Dida Félix sent away a hard shot on goal in the 8th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcelo Netto charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Marcelo Netto the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Nilson Leme made an important save on a dangerous shot by Artur Rezende in the 15th minute. Nilson Leme didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Rezende went, in the 16th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 19th match minute, Lamin FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Percy Couto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Lamin FC getting a freekick after 23 minutes play. Percy Couto hit a great ball. 24 minutes into the match, Aracui SS's Percy Queiroz broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. With a little luck, Aracui SS's Nilson Leme got control of the ball when Artur Rezende tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes into the game, Percy Queiroz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aracui SS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lamin FC the free kick. 38 minutes into the match, Lamin FC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaltino Figueiredo came free, but Samuca Rezende reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A hard shot by Pedro Luís Cardoso from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Nilson Leme's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. If Serginho Esteves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nilson Leme showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ademar da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ademar da Silveira was the one to do the kick off. With a little luck, Lamin FC's Samuca Rezende got control of the ball when Dida Félix tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ademar da Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Nilson Leme tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademar da Silveira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Artur Rezende came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Lamin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Artur Rezende couldn't finish the play. Nilson Leme came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lamin FC's Ademar da Silveira. But to his dismay, Ademar da Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-0. 79 minutes into the match, Serginho Esteves dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Samuca Rezende, 3-1. Marcelo Netto lost his temper 83 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. After a long run with the ball, Oséias Pimenta did a trick in the 85th minute in front of Aracui SS's goalkeeper, who threw himself to the side. After that it was simple to shoot 4-1. An impressive performance by Lamin FC's Oséias Pimenta! Nilson Leme took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademar da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dida Félix recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lamin FC's Artur Rezende got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Lamin FC had won after a very even match.
