Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ademir Lira started the match with the kick off. Ademir Lira blasted a shot towards the goal in the 5th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Reinaldo Ceresso having to make a save. Ademir Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Reinaldo Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Ademir Lira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Ceresso having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Afonso Sena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Reinaldo Ceresso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ademir Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ribamar's Aleandro Meireles got a free kick in the 20th minute. Ribamar's Reinaldo Ceresso proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Ribamar from getting a goal against them. After 23 played minutes Botucarai got a freekick which was hit by Agnaldo Perez. After having played for 28 minutes, Sílvio Luiz Macedo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Botucarai's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sílvio Luiz Macedo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gernando Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Ian Senna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Sílvio Luiz Macedo came up free with the goalie in the 44th minute, the Botucarai fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sílvio Luiz Macedo couldn't finish the play. After 46 minutes, Arthur de Almeida mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ribamar and the Botucarai players grew even worse after the yellow card. Arthur de Almeida kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gernando Rocha stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Gernando Rocha fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ian Senna having to interfere. Botucarai's Túlio Félix got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arthur de Almeida got free with Ian Senna in the 66th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Lira in the 70th minute of play forced Ribamar's goalkeeper Reinaldo Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Ribamar getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Aleandro Meireles hit a great ball. Botucarai's Sílvio Luiz Macedo got a good chance for a goal in the 74th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ademir Lira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Reinaldo Ceresso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 79 played minutes Ribamar got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Sena. Dedê Amorim hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. If Gernando Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ademir Lira in the 89th minute of play forced Ribamar's goalkeeper Reinaldo Ceresso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 92 minutes into the match, Ribamar's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Luiz Macedo came free, but Reinaldo Ceresso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sílvio Luiz Macedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Ceresso having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sílvio Luiz Macedo in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Reinaldo Ceresso prevented the ball from getting in the gole.
