A collision led to Trocary getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Reinaldo Silva hit a great ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Augusto Arruda managed to get in a good position for a shot. Lagedinho's supporters rose to their feet, but Augusto Arruda was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Belchior Secco breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giuseppe Toscano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Giuseppe Toscano sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giuseppe Toscano got free with Cássio Varela in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Trocary's Délio Meira got a free kick in the 21st minute. Augusto Arruda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Belchior Secco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by André Luiz Souza in the 31st minute of play forced Trocary's goalkeeper Belchior Secco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Marquinhos da Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Lagedinho's zone, Giuseppe Toscano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Varela came out of the goal and Giuseppe Toscano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Augusto Arruda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The wind increased when André Luiz Souza made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 53 minutes, the score became 1-1 when Augusto Arruda sped through Trocary's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Belchior Secco. Giuseppe Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Varela having to interfere. Marquinhos da Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio Varela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. 76 minutes into the match, Trocary's goalkeeper Belchior Secco had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Augusto Arruda. After a defensive mix-up in Lagedinho's zone, Marquinhos da Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cássio Varela came out of the goal and Marquinhos da Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 84th minute, Edson da Costa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Cássio Varela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marquinhos da Silveira in the 88th minute of play. Samuca Cabral charged in rather forcefully in the 89th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Samuca Cabral the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 90th minute, Marquinhos da Silveira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Trocary's goal looked a bit too open when André Luiz Souza came free, but Belchior Secco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Lagedinho players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Trocary from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
