Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jairo Hermes managed to get in a good position for a shot. Anhuma's supporters rose to their feet, but Jairo Hermes was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Claudinho Azevedo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 11 minutes into the match, Jurara's Claudinei Soares sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sidney Seco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Gualter Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The supporters of Jurara booed when Anhuma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Eliseu Saldanha didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gualter Paraense got free with Sidney Seco in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 18th minute, Ian Guerra made a precise shot to the right of Claudinho Azevedo. Jurara's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jairo Hermes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudinho Azevedo having to interfere. In the 26th minute Jairo Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudinho Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jairo Hermes in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudinho Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sidney Seco was a little too slow when Claudinei Soares got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 31st minute. The score was now 1-1. In the 35th minute Gualter Paraense shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sidney Seco saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Claudinei Soares fell near the penalty area in the 36th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Jurara's protests and gave Claudinei Soares a yellow card for diving instead. In the 36th minute, Claudinei Soares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Jurara getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Vitinho Braga hit a great ball. Claudinho Azevedo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jairo Hermes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
After 53 played minutes Jurara got a freekick which was hit by Allan Peixoto. Claudinho Azevedo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian Guerra's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Jairo Hermes in the 60thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Claudinho Azevedo, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 63rd minute, Gualter Paraense left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jurara fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Jurara's Claudinho Azevedo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Jurara from getting a goal against them. 73 minutes into the game, Luisinho da Mata was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Jurara's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Anhuma the free kick. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 73rd minute of the game. One of Jurara:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Anhuma:s goal. Jairo Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Claudinho Azevedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ian Guerra, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Gualter Paraense recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gualter Paraense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 3-1 became the score in the 94th minute when Claudinei Soares elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. A collision led to Jurara getting a freekick after 97 minutes play. Perivaldo Cearense hit a great ball. Jairo Hermes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jurara's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
