Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Régis Cearense started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Marcinho Marquez who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 8thth minute tested the skills of Válbson do Nascimento when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 11th minute, Régis Cearense got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 15thth minute of the game Fabinho Alvarenga who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mapixi FC's Válbson do Nascimento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luís Gustavo Ceresso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 22 minutes, Ramiro Machado mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Amigo do Lagarteichon and the Mapixi FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Régis Cearense sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fabinho Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 29th minute. Válbson do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Válbson do Nascimento made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marcinho Marquez in the 30th minute. Válbson do Nascimento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabinho Alvarenga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fabinho Alvarenga received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Válbson do Nascimento tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 46 played minutes Amigo do Lagarteichon got a freekick which was hit by Manfredo Moreno.

Osvaldinho Moura kicked well hit freekick during the 56th minute of the match. Jairo da Silveira took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 58th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Lino Aguiar. Amigo do Lagarteichon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Válbson do Nascimento came out of the goal in the 66th minute to try and stop a shot by Amigo do Lagarteichon's Marcinho Marquez. But to his dismay, Marcinho Marquez quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Fabinho Alvarenga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Régis Cearense was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 72nd minute. Mapixi FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. If Régis Cearense had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 78th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mapixi FC's goalkeeper Válbson do Nascimento, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabinho Alvarenga sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Amigo do Lagarteichon's Lino Aguiar got control of the ball when Luís Gustavo Ceresso tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 87th minute of the match Lúcio Brito sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Válbson do Nascimento skillfully saved the ball. Válbson do Nascimento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Machado, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Amigo do Lagarteichon's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
