Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) RafaelFC's Ademar Porto started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 6th minute, Amílton Prestes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Délio Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ezequiel Lopez, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After having played for 10 minutes, Ademar Porto managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RafaelFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ademar Porto was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Copioba's César Bertassi got a free kick in the 19th minute. If Ademar Porto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Copioba's Dinei do Valle proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Copioba from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Copioba booed when RafaelFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 26 match minutes in a wonderful position. Donato Diniz didn't get a good kick on the ball. 27 minutes into the match, RafaelFC's goal looked a bit too open when Ezequiel Lopez came free, but Délio Godoi reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. RafaelFC's Délio Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amílton Prestes in the 30th minute of play. In the 33rd minute, Amílton Prestes got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Délio Godoi came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Copioba's Cássio Bastos. But to his dismay, Cássio Bastos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Benê Mandrak sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ezequiel Lopez struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Délio Godoi didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Copioba. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amílton Prestes was the one to do the kick off. Jonas Tasso kicked well hit freekick during the 50th minute of the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Amílton Prestes who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RafaelFC's Délio Godoi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Pedro Augusto Martins fell near the penalty area in the 61st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Copioba's protests and gave Pedro Augusto Martins a yellow card for diving instead. An unexpected shot in the 68th minute by Amílton Prestes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Ademar Porto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Prestes in the 74th minute of play forced RafaelFC's goalkeeper Délio Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 75 minutes into the match, Ezequiel Lopez notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of RafaelFC's Délio Godoi. Délio Godoi was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Ezequiel Lopez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Amílton Prestes in the 86th minute of play forced RafaelFC's goalkeeper Délio Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Cássio Bastos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Copioba's supporters rose to their feet, but Cássio Bastos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Délio Godoi breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 93rd minute, Giovanni Lopes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Copioba's Ivo Britto got a free kick in the 97th minute. Ademar Porto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 100th minute. Dinei do Valle tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
