Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Luís Guilherme Gaúcho kicked off to start the match. In the 10th minute Gualter Mazza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mauro Marinho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 11th minute, Macazeira's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Luís Guilherme Gaúcho fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. When Luizinho Rosado came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Warriors FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luizinho Rosado couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute, Benê Cardozo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Gino Pena fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Macazeira's protests and gave Gino Pena a yellow card for diving instead. After 19 played minutes Macazeira got a freekick which was hit by Gino Pena. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Luizinho Rosado sped through Macazeira's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Délio Fantini. A collision led to Macazeira getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Luisinho Maranhense hit a great ball. Délio Fantini made a fantastic save in the 25th minute, when Luizinho Rosado sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Warriors FC's goalkeeper Mauro Marinho, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mauro Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luizinho Rosado received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Délio Fantini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Délio Fantini showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Guilherme Gaúcho, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Mauro Marinho took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino Pena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 36 minutes into the game, Gualter Esteves was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Mauro Marinho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gino Pena in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 43rd minute, Luizinho Rosado fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. The Warriors FC fans' excitement grew in the 47th match minute when Warriors FC's Luís Guilherme Gaúcho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Gino Pena stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Macazeira defense, Luís Guilherme Gaúcho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Délio Fantini. The Macazeira fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Délio Fantini should have stopped the shot.
