Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Marcinho Faria started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd match minute, Poacos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Agnaldo Donato to maneuver through the defense. When Téo Hermes came up free with the goalie in the 4th minute, the Chatuba de Mesquita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Téo Hermes couldn't finish the play. Ricardinho Brasil's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Nuno da Fonseca firmly grabbed it by the left post. Nuno da Fonseca didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 11th play minute Geovanni Azevedo came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Nuno da Fonseca. 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Téo Hermes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Nuno da Fonseca was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Nuno da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Azevedo in the 18th minute of the match. If Téo Hermes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Geovanni Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 25th minute, the Chatuba de Mesquita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanni Azevedo couldn't finish the play. In the 38th match minute, Chatuba de Mesquita was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patrick Valadares to maneuver through the defense. In the 44th minute of the match, Reinaldo Guerra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Nuno da Fonseca saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. 45 minutes into the match, Poacos's goal looked a bit too open when Téo Hermes came free, but Nuno da Fonseca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Juarês Paiva came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Chatuba de Mesquita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Juarês Paiva couldn't finish the play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Téo Hermes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Chatuba de Mesquita's goal looked a bit too open when Marcinho Faria came free, but Pedrão Galvão reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tarcisio Duarte in the 54th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Nuno da Fonseca saved Poacos from getting behind. The supporters of Poacos booed when Chatuba de Mesquita was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 56 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tarcisio Duarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 57th minute of the match Carlos Peres shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Pedrão Galvão showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Nuno da Fonseca showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Patrick Valadares in the 58th minute of the match. In the 60th minute Téo Hermes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno da Fonseca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Afonso Couto hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Nuno da Fonseca made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Willian Cardoso in the 63rd minute of play. When the match clock showed 64 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Geovanni Azevedo sped through Poacos's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Nuno da Fonseca. When Geovanni Azevedo came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Chatuba de Mesquita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Geovanni Azevedo couldn't finish the play. 71 minutes into the match, Geovanni Azevedo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nuno da Fonseca. Poacos's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Geovanni Azevedo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Nuno da Fonseca took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tarcisio Duarte, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tarcisio Duarte hit a great freekick 79 minutes into the match. Téo Hermes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Nuno da Fonseca tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Geovanni Azevedo struck a weak shot in the 88th minute. Nuno da Fonseca didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chatuba de Mesquita. After a defensive mix-up in Poacos's zone, Patrick Valadares stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno da Fonseca came out of the goal and Patrick Valadares tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Poacos's Nuno da Fonseca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Geovanni Azevedo in the 91st minute of play. Patrick Valadares recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chatuba de Mesquita walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
