Roger Faustino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bongo FC. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Luiz Fabiano Queirós in the 13th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Roger Faustino saved Jacuhy from getting behind. Faustão Martins hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 16th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jacuhy's goalkeeper Roger Faustino, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Raúl Godoi showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarbas da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Luiz Fabiano Queirós took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Roger Faustino to make any attempt to save it. Jacuhy's Jarbas da Costa got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Luiz Fabiano Queirós came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Bongo FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luiz Fabiano Queirós couldn't finish the play. Roger Faustino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Queirós in the 37th minute of the match. Claudinho Pereira hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The audience thought it was a sure goal in the 42nd minute, when Bongo FC's Marquinhos Valadares after having done a great run through the defense got himself free with Roger Faustino in Jacuhy's goal and fired away a shot, but it missed the goal by a fraction of an inch. When Fiori de Amorim came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Jacuhy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fiori de Amorim couldn't finish the play. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Jarbas da Costa made the kick off in the second half. Jarbas da Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Godoi having to interfere. Mateus Barral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 59th minute. Roger Faustino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jarbas da Costa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 68th minute, Mateus Barral left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Bongo FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. 73 minutes into the match, Jacuhy's goal looked a bit too open when Wágner Campidelis came free, but Roger Faustino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jacuhy's Válter de Andrade got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Roger Faustino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mateus Barral in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute of the match Alexsandro de Alcântara sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roger Faustino skillfully saved the ball.
