The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Luiz Fabiano Queirós to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Tande in the 52nd minute of play forced Bongo FC's goalkeeper Raúl Godoi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Igor Tande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raúl Godoi was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. Ciro Perez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luiz Fabiano Queirós in the 82nd minute of the match. Celsinho de Medeiros kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Vitinho Paiva, 84 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 1-4 became the score in the 93rd minute when Adriano Gonçalves elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. The Bongo FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
