In the 18th match minute, Beberibe SS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Christian Fernandez to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 19 minutes, Zé Pedro Senna managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Atalho SS's supporters crossed their fingers, but Zé Pedro Senna was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Zé Pedro Senna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Willian Urbano tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zé Pedro Senna recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulinho Aguiar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Naldo Reis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Luz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. In the 34th play minute Zé Pedro Senna came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Willian Urbano. 1-1. Felippe Félix's late challenge caught a Atalho SS's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Felippe Félix helped the player get up and apologised. In the 38th minute, Felippe Félix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
