Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Pedro Eger started the match with the kick off. Rodolfo Munhoz kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Gragoatá F.C.'s Claudinei Antunes couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 10th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Marvai SC. In the 12th minute, Luiz Guilherme Mesquita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Luís Fernando Carvalho hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. Luizinho Sá charged in rather forcefully in the 16th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Luizinho Sá the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Gragoatá F.C. booed when Marvai SC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luizinho Sá didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Humberto Zonta came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Gragoatá F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Humberto Zonta couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Pedro Eger in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Evandro Figueiredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Gragoatá F.C.'s Evandro Figueiredo threw himself towards the right post 34 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Teodoro Cardozo, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Evandro Figueiredo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. The audience was convinced that Luiz Guilherme Mesquita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Matías Silveira was relentless in the 45th minute of the game. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Guilherme Mesquita made a kick off. Conrado Neiva's late challenge caught a Gragoatá F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Conrado Neiva helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave Gragoatá F.C. a penalty, 56 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Claudinei Antunes, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Marvai SC's Evandro Figueiredo. 3-0. Hernani Mandrak's late challenge caught a Gragoatá F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Hernani Mandrak helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Marvai SC's Hernani Mandrak got a free kick in the 59th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Humberto Zonta managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gragoatá F.C.'s supporters rose to their feet, but Humberto Zonta was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Evandro Figueiredo breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When Gragoatá F.C.'s Pedro Eger in the 68th minute got a chance for a shot 68th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Gragoatá F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. Marvai SC's Evandro Figueiredo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Eger in the 98th minute of play.
