With his leg Matías Silveira managed to avoid a goal in the 12thth minute, when Oros AD's Custódio Moraes fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. If Pedro Eger had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pedro Eger in the 16th minute of play forced Oros AD's goalkeeper Alex Prado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Humberto Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alex Prado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Eger, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Humberto Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Prado having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Pedro Eger's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alex Prado was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. If Humberto Zonta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Humberto Zonta sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 37th minute, Pedro Eger made a precise shot to the right of Alex Prado. Oros AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. In the 40th match minute, Gragoatá F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Betão Alves to maneuver through the defense. Renatinho de Andrade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 45 played minutes, Oros AD's Juvenal Mazza shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matías Silveira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Oros AD reached it. In the 48th minute, Pedro Eger ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Alex Prado was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Humberto Zonta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alex Prado having to interfere. Oros AD's Alex Prado proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Oros AD from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Gragoatá F.C. booed when Oros AD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Renatinho de Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute Pedro Eger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Prado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Pedro Eger recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 67 minutes into the game, Pedro Eger recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alex Prado. Pedro Eger showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. After a rather tough play, Gragoatá F.C.'s João Adolfo Chaves got a free kick in the 73rd minute. After 80 minutes, Claudinei Antunes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gragoatá F.C. and the Oros AD players grew even worse after the yellow card. After having played for 85 minutes, Custódio Moraes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Oros AD's supporters crossed their fingers, but Custódio Moraes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Custódio Moraes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 89th match minute, Oros AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fausto Vasconcelos to maneuver through the defense. Matías Silveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renatinho de Andrade in the 92nd minute of play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Gragoatá F.C. walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
