Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Abelardo Cavalcante started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. When Frederik Rauen came up free with the goalie in the 10th minute, the Esporte Clube Guaxinim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frederik Rauen couldn't finish the play. Donatello Andrade came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Abelardo Cavalcante. But to his dismay, Abelardo Cavalcante quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Paulo José Amorim made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rodriguinho Maciel in the 17th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodriguinho Maciel in the 20th minute of play forced Esporte Clube Guaxinim's goalkeeper Paulo José Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Abelardo Cavalcante came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Esporte Clube Guaxinim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Abelardo Cavalcante couldn't finish the play. If Flávio da Costa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 25th minute, Paulo Varela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Itajubaquara's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Abelardo Cavalcante 26 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Paulo José Amorim played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Gabriel Loyola in the 30th minute of play. Rodriguinho da Silva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Donatello Andrade tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Donatello Andrade stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abelardo Cavalcante's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Donatello Andrade showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flávio da Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. In the 40th minute, Kauã Marinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Rodriguinho da Silva sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Itajubaquara's Donatello Andrade didn't even have to move. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Patrick Seco during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Rodriguinho da Silva shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when Paulo Varela made the kick off in the second half. If Cipriano Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 64 minutes, Abelardo Cavalcante made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Itajubaquara's Donatello Andrade tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After some careless play in the Itajubaquara defense, Abelardo Cavalcante kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Donatello Andrade. The Itajubaquara fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Donatello Andrade should have stopped the shot. Itajubaquara's Donatello Andrade played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Frederik Rauen in the 73rd minute of play. Willian Gerber hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. Donatello Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Abelardo Cavalcante in the 76th minute of the match. Abelardo Cavalcante's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Donatello Andrade read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Paulo Varela recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Abelardo Cavalcante in the 84th minute got a chance for a shot 84th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Itajubaquara's goalie prevented a goal. If Rodriguinho da Silva had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paulo Varela in the 88th minute of play forced Esporte Clube Guaxinim's goalkeeper Paulo José Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Donatello Andrade showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cipriano Melo in the 89th minute of the match. If Frederik Rauen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some fancy dribbling in the 94th minute, Abelardo Cavalcante managed to get in a good position for a shot. Esporte Clube Guaxinim's supporters rose to their feet, but Abelardo Cavalcante was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Donatello Andrade breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 97 minutes of play, Esporte Clube Guaxinim's Rodriguinho da Silva made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Donatello Andrade was left in no man's land by his defense there! It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Esporte Clube Guaxinim had played much better football throughout.
