Spectators: 33 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Waldemar Dionísio took the kick off in the first half of the match. Christian Baiano who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 4thth minute tested the skills of Naldo Mendes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Waldemar Dionísio in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Andrézinho Hoffmann prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 8th minute Léo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrézinho Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Waldemar Dionísio came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Patcha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Waldemar Dionísio couldn't finish the play. Giuseppe Ribeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. The supporters of Patcha FC booed when Itapicuru SS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Christian Baiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Itapicuru SS getting a freekick after 13 minutes play. Vânderson Souza hit a great ball. 16 minutes into the game, Léo Gomes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Andrézinho Hoffmann was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 21st minute, Zé Pedro de Queirós hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Patcha FC's zone, Christian Baiano stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naldo Mendes came out of the goal and Christian Baiano tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Naldo Mendes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Olívio Vargas in the 31st minute of play. 39 minutes into the match, Patcha FC's goalkeeper Naldo Mendes had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Christian Baiano. When the match had gone on for 43 minutes, Olívio Vargas took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Naldo Mendes to make any attempt to save it. Itapicuru SS's Christian Baiano got a good chance for a goal in the 46th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Olívio Vargas was the one to do the kick off. Jeremias Mesquita hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. Dito Abreu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 54th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Itapicuru SS's Andrézinho Hoffmann played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Léo Gomes in the 56th minute of play. If Léo Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With his leg Andrézinho Hoffmann managed to avoid a goal in the 67thth minute, when Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Itapicuru SS getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Olívio Vargas hit a great ball. In the 70th minute Léo Gomes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrézinho Hoffmann saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 79th minute Olívio Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Naldo Mendes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the match, Patcha FC's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Baiano came free, but Naldo Mendes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Baiano in the 83rd minute of play forced Patcha FC's goalkeeper Naldo Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Léo Gomes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 minutes, Leonardo Souza mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Patcha FC and the Itapicuru SS players grew even worse after the yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 87th minute of the game. One of Patcha FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Itapicuru SS:s goal. In the 90th minute there was a penalty for Itapicuru SS. Luís Paulo Tavares stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Naldo Mendes. 2-1. In the 93rd minute, Olívio Vargas made a precise shot to the right of Naldo Mendes. Patcha FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-1. After 96 minutes, Christian Baiano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Itapicuru SS and the Patcha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Christian Baiano kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match.
