Spectators: 34 (Terracing: 26, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Naldo Mendes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni Faustino in the 4th minute of the match. Tomé Toscano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 11th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Naldo Mendes having to interfere. In the 13th minute, Rodrigo Silveira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Naldo Mendes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Tomás Perez charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tomás Perez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tomás Perez hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Simão Valadares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Léo Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Waldemar Dionísio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With his leg Simão Valadares managed to avoid a goal in the 19thth minute, when Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Waldemar Dionísio had several of the Eugenio's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 19 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-1 score and a disappointed Simão Valadares as he didn't even see the shot coming. Léo Gomes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomé Toscano in the 28th minute of play forced Patcha FC's goalkeeper Naldo Mendes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Tomás Perez was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 29 minutes had been played. After 30 played minutes Eugenio got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Perez. An unexpected shot in the 31st minute by Léo Gomes got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Patcha FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Durvalino Meireles hit a great ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Geovani Ferraz during the 34th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 37th minute of the game. One of Patcha FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Eugenio:s goal. The referee gave Eugenio a penalty, 38 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ciro Araújo, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Patcha FC's Naldo Mendes. 1-2. Rodrigo Silveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 42nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Patcha FC's zone, Rodrigo Silveira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Naldo Mendes came out of the goal and Rodrigo Silveira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Léo Gomes struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Simão Valadares didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Patcha FC. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Rodrigo Silveira made a kick off. Rodrigo Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Naldo Mendes made a huge save. Léo Gomes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 54th minute. Simão Valadares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Eugenio's zone, Waldemar Dionísio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simão Valadares came out of the goal and Waldemar Dionísio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Waldemar Dionísio in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Simão Valadares saved Eugenio from getting behind. After 65 minutes, Gerson Ramos mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Eugenio and the Patcha FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Simão Valadares stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldemar Dionísio's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Silveira got free with Naldo Mendes in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Patcha FC's Dito Abreu got a free kick in the 76th minute. Patcha FC's Waldemar Dionísio got a good chance for a goal in the 78th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 80th minute, Waldemar Dionísio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rodrigo Silveira got free with Naldo Mendes in the 81st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a little luck, Patcha FC's Naldo Mendes got control of the ball when Rodrigo Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Patcha FC getting a freekick after 87 minutes play. Giuseppe Ribeiro hit a great ball. When Léo Gomes came up free with the goalie in the 94th minute, the Patcha FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Léo Gomes couldn't finish the play. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
