Spectators: 32 (Terracing: 25, Seating: 7, VIP seats: 0) Cucuruto da Vovó's Raimundo Cardoso started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Betão de Sousa struck a weak shot in the 3rd minute. Elivélton Costa didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Igarape AD. Luís Guilherme Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 5th minute. Elivélton Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celso Garcia hit a great freekick 9 minutes into the match. Igarape AD's Rony Godoi played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Raimundo Cardoso in the 10th minute of play. Elivélton Costa came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Igarape AD's Luís Guilherme Loyola. But to his dismay, Luís Guilherme Loyola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. In the 16th minute, Celso Garcia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 19th minute of the match Dida Xavier sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Elivélton Costa skillfully saved the ball. Raimundo Cardoso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 21st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rony Godoi having to interfere. Raimundo Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Elivélton Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 30 minutes into the match, Cucuruto da Vovó's Raimundo Cardoso sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Rony Godoi narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Celso Garcia kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Raimundo Cardoso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rony Godoi was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Luís Guilherme Loyola received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 40th minute. Elivélton Costa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 45th match minute, Igarape AD was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marcos de Alcântara to maneuver through the defense. Adilson Pitta, 46 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. After the first half Igarape AD were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by João Augusto Arósio during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After some fancy dribbling in the 64th minute, Betão de Sousa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Igarape AD's supporters rose to their feet, but Betão de Sousa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elivélton Costa breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Serafim Faria charged in rather forcefully in the 66th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Serafim Faria the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Igarape AD's Luís Guilherme Loyola got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Betão de Sousa came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Igarape AD fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Betão de Sousa couldn't finish the play. Raimundo Cardoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Rony Godoi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 81st minute, Egídio Diniz made a precise shot to the right of Rony Godoi. Igarape AD's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. Waldemar Furlan's late challenge caught a Igarape AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Waldemar Furlan helped the player get up and apologised. In the 89th match minute, Cucuruto da Vovó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Waldemar Furlan to maneuver through the defense. Igarape AD's Oséas Peres was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Elivélton Costa in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Luís Fabiano Bertassi's late challenge caught a Igarape AD's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luís Fabiano Bertassi helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Cucuruto da Vovó getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Luís Fabiano Bertassi hit a great ball. Egídio Diniz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
